Centerless Grinding
At R. W. Smith Company, Inc. we provide comprehensive Centerless Grinding Services tailored to your needs. Shoulder bolts, pins, shafts, and bar stock are just some of the parts we run. Our four Cincinnati #2 Centerless Grinders are the industry standard regularly holding tolerances to +/- .0001 on diameters from 3.0 inches down to .080 diameter. All parts are inspected with calibrated gauges.
Tool and Cutter Grinding
Simply stated, we grind tooling that most CNC Grinding shops don’t grind. Today’s CNC shops grind end mills, reamers and carbide drills, we don’t. We grind everything else.

Jaccard Sector Simplex Beef Jerky Slicers
We disassemble, inspect, clean, re-sharpen blades, replace broken or worn parts, and re-assemble the unit containing the slicing blades to like new condition.
